For a ride request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel date and time, pickup and drop-off details, group size, luggage count, and any vehicle, flight, or note you choose to add. For a contact message, we collect your name, email address, optional request reference, and message.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, contact you, recommend a suitable vehicle, confirm a fare and pickup arrangements, and respond to support questions. If a ride is arranged, the relevant trip details may be shared with the driver assigned to it.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Requests and messages are stored with our website hosting provider. Access to the management portal is limited to the authorized site owner. The site does not collect card details or take online payment.
Your choices
You can ask about the information held for a request, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. Include your request reference if you have one so we can locate the right record.
Language preference
The homepage saves your English or Arabic display preference in your browser. This preference does not contain your trip or contact details.
